We are committed to provide quality services to our customers by continuously improving our systems and procedures and by creating the necessary climate for sustainable development. We are also committed to comply with the requirements of the standard MS ISO 9001:2015 and to other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. We shall also strive to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in line with our strategic direction and the context within which we operate. This is achieved through the setting of quality objectives and the constant monitoring of each process and taking appropriate actions to correct any deviations. We will ensure that the Quality Policy is understood, communicated and reviewed for continued suitability.
